f8 Develop converts each roll using the mode set in the Film Base control. To set the default for new rolls, use Settings → Output → New Roll Develop Mode; you can change any individual roll from the Film Base control at any time.
Also in Settings → Output, When Opening a Roll controls what's selected when you open a roll — your last-viewed frame (the default) or the entire roll for batch edits.
Adaptive also offers a per-frame Expired option for faded or expired film — it routes the frame through the Over-exposed recovery engine.
Black-and-white negatives are detected automatically and developed as true black-and-white.
